Our complete cultural experience is designed for the traveler who wants to experience the Peruvian Amazon culture. You will start in the small town of San Roque De Cumbaza. .’You will learn about: local native communities, crafts and preparation of typical dishes. Together with the local people who are happy to share their cultural heritage and traditions with you.
Crossing the Huallaga River in Chazuta. Visit a small community isolated from the main city. Learn about 'Ramichi' beekeeping. Spend the night in Chazuta.

Destiny: San Roque , Lamas and Chazuta
Departure: Tarapoto
Departure time: Aproximadamente 08 a.m.
Return time: Aproximadamente 06 p.m.

Route Plan (From 2 person)
Day 1: San Roque De Cumbaza - local pottery or chumbe fabric.
- Transfer to San Roque, installation in the respective lodging
- Walking to the Community of Chunchiwi (1 half hour walk).
- Basic pottery workshops or mat weaving.
- Lunch in the typical dishes of the town.
- You will stay in San Roque.
Day 2: Lamas
- Transfer to the city of Lamas
- Visit the Chanka Museum Chapawanwi
- Visit the Chapawanky Falls
- Castle of Lamas.
- Lunch
- Waycu native neighborhoods - where you can buy artisan products and local foods - see traditional dances.
- Drive back to San Roque - 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Night in San Roque.
Day 03: Chazuta Ceramic
- Early departure by car to Chazuta - 2 hours
- Basic pottery workshop at the Chazuta pottery workshop- learn how to make a ceramic.
- Visit the Archaeological museum at the Wasichay Cultural Center.'
- Regional and traditional food in Río Bosque Mágico.
- Overnight in the lodging flowers.
Day 04: Chazuta Amazon River Trip
- Travel by boat for half an hour to the community of Shilcayo
- Visit the Community if Shilcayo, Hiking in the jungle and connect with the ancestral
- You can also learn how to make traditional baskets in the town of Shilcayo.
- Returning to Chazuta.
- Return to Tarapoto.
- End of the experience.
